Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing, the World Wi-Fi website, Norwood Systems website, or the World Wi-Fi app you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use our website, app or services.

We recommend you save and/or print out a copy of these Terms for your future reference.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other World Wi-Fi offer.
To be eligible for the offer, you must be prepared to provide your mobile number and email address.

The World Wi-Fi packages are subject to auto-expiration. (i) Subscriptions will expire one (1), three (3), or twelve (12) months after purchase, depending on the subscription offer purchased.

Use of the World Wi-Fi app constitutes acceptance of the World Wi-Fi Terms of Service and End User License Agreement, World Wi-FI Fair Play Policy, World Wi-Fi Privacy Policy and the World Wi-Fi Copyright Enforcement policy. Copies of these policies are available in the app under “Settings”, “Legal”, or upon request by emailing support@norwoodsystems.com.

The app requires a good quality data connection – either via Wi-Fi or cellular data. The costs incurred in the provision of the data connection are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be borne by either Norwood Systems or Lifestyle Rewards.

This offer, the app and associated services are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

The app will not connect via VPN if prohibited by local laws.

All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the World Wi-Fi service belong to Norwood Systems and/or third parties (which may include you or other users.) Norwood Systems reserves all of its rights in the World Phone app. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by Norwood Systems, Lifestyle Rewards or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.

If you terminate your use of the app, you will not receive a refund for any subscription unless you are terminating these Terms for any of the following reasons: (a) we have materially breached these Terms and failed to cure that breach within 30 days after you have so notified us in writing; or (b) a refund is required by law.

Norwood Systems may change these Terms at any time for a variety of reasons, such as to reflect changes in applicable law or updates to Services, and to account for new Services or functionality. The most current version will always be posted on the World Wi-Fi website. If an amendment is material, as determined in Norwood Systems’ sole discretion, Norwood Systems will notify you by email. Notice of amendments may also be posted to Norwood Systems’ blog or upon your login to your account. Changes will be effective no sooner than the day they are publicly posted. In order for certain changes to become effective, applicable law may require Norwood Systems to obtain your consent to such changes, or to provide you with sufficient advance notice of them. If you do not want to agree to any changes made to the terms for a Service, you should stop using that Service, because by continuing to use the Services you indicate your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
